Please call today to schedule same day tour!

Mission: To assist all residents and staff to reach their highest potential as individuals in giving glory to God. We champion the value of all residents and staff, without discrimination, recognizing each individual’s purpose, dignity, and value.   We offer God’s hope, God’s peace and His promise of healing and restoration in eternity.

Prelude offers Spiritual Care to people of all religious, cultures and faith traditions and to those without a faith tradition. Each person has spiritual needs.  Why are we here?  What is my purpose?  What happens after I die?   Those approaching the end of life have these same questions.  Our Pastors help to answer these questions and more by studying God’s Word in Bible studies and Chapel services, listening and praying with residents, and by spending 1:1 individual time with residents.

We attend to the spiritual needs of our residents and families as they grieve the loss of memory and independence.  No one dreams of living in a care facility in their senior years.  We help them adjust to their new surroundings and to make friends with the other residents.  We help them know that God knows them, God loves them, and God is with them in this journey, every step of the way.  We help them to know that God is preparing a place for them just as God is preparing them for their place in eternity. We help our residents find their purpose in this season of life as they prepare to pass their legacy onto the next generation.

In the Prelude Cottages, we have Bible studies 3-4 times each week as we study God’s Word and learn to apply it to our lives.  We have a Chapel service each week where we sing praises to God, study His Word, pray together, and listen to a message tailored to the unique needs of seniors with memory care challenges.

We also help the family through their bereavement process. Respecting the dying person’s wishes in relation to spiritual care is significant from the initial discussions as the end of life approaches, to care for the family after death.

Your own Pastor/Priest/Rabbi etc. is welcome and encouraged to visit residents.

Spiritual care at Prelude Homes is not an add-on.  It is at the very foundation of our care for senior with memory care challenges.

You will find that the Spiritual Care program at Prelude Homes in unmatched in the senior memory care industry.
