Mr. Dommer is a graduate of the University of Minnesota and during his career has been involved in the creation of more than 3000 homes. His work in the field of housing and aging has been featured in Business Week, the Wall Street Journal and Better Homes & Gardens. Mr. Dommer will tell you that Prelude is the most significant venture he has engaged in.

CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER
Deborah Rose is the Chief Operating Officer at Prelude Homes and Service. She is a seasoned health care professional with 30 years’ experience in various roles with in the Senior Health Care industry. Mrs. Rose is dedicated to developing, launching and sustaining innovated services. She demonstrates compassion, generosity and kindness towards residents, families and co-workers while maintaining a professional, goal-oriented approach towards everyone.
Mike Hanson
CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER
Michael Hanson CPA, CMA, CIA and MBA- Finance has over 25 years of leadership experience in all aspects of healthcare ranging from Hospitals, Organ Procurement, Services for the elderly, Clinics, Hospice, Home Care, HUD, and has worked with in numerous national and international governmental healthcare finance-based oversight organizations. Mr. Hanson is committed to bridging the gap between healthcare service and its financial realities and to “Making the complex simple.”
