Our Woodbury Residential Memory Care Home is a recently renovated, warm, welcoming 55+ assisted living home with enhanced programming that specializes in care for individuals living with Alzheimer’s disease and related dementias.

 

Located in the Wedgewood Park neighborhood of Woodbury, our newly renovated home was designed specifically for assisted living memory care, offering beautiful single-level living in a comfortable, residential setting. With an enhanced staffing model of 1 staff member for every 3 residents, we provide attentive, individualized care while getting to know each resident’s unique needs, preferences, and life story.

 

Our home features six spacious private bedrooms, a sunroom, living and family rooms, dining room, kitchen, and a secure courtyard and patio where residents can safely enjoy the outdoors. Recent renovations create a fresh, welcoming, contemporary setting while maintaining the warmth and familiarity of a true home. 

 

We encourage residents to participate in meaningful everyday activities such as cooking, baking, laundry, and other household tasks.
